What we can't help with

This is an independent guide, not Leap Studio. We can't help with purchases, refunds, license issues, or technical support for the app itself — for those, use the support link on tangerineformac.com or the Mac App Store listing. We also can't provide the app or any downloads beyond pointing you to the official Mac App Store page.

We read everything posted in the discussions, though replies may take a day or two.

Corrections policy

If you report an error, here's what happens: we check it against the official sources (tangerineformac.com and the App Store listing). If you're right, the page gets fixed — usually within a few days. If the official sources disagree with each other, we go with the App Store listing, since that's where purchases happen, and note the discrepancy on the page.

Before you post

A quick check saves everyone time: the FAQ on the homepage already answers the most common questions about pricing, system requirements, and privacy. If your question is about a specific file format, include the format names — "does it convert MKV to MP4" gets a faster, better answer than "does it do video."
